Who are we?

Our founders initially helped the future generation of workers by establishing the Y Student Cooperative, organizing quality student jobs to support proper professional development.

Our success is demonstrated by the fact that we now provide nearly 3,000 quality entry-level workers to almost 500 partners on a monthly basis. Encouraged by this success, we have expanded our services to include retirees returning to the labor market, reaching more than 2,000 people with our latest job opportunities.

We assist young workers in achieving their goals by offering diverse job opportunities for both students and those with professional experience during their academic studies. We bridge the gap between motivated students and reliable employers.

Additionally, we provide services for retirees receiving old-age pensions, enabling them to utilize their expertise and professional experience during retirement.

Our mission is to facilitate connections between young professionals, experienced workers, and employers. We aim to connect motivated students and retired employees with trustworthy employers.

Every member of our team belongs to the Y and Z generations, making fast and efficient communication a key to our success. We prioritize creating a positive work environment where every team member feels comfortable, organizing many social activities outside of workdays.
