Please be informed that, in compliance with our obligations under Act XXV of 2023 on Complaints, Public Interest Disclosures and the Rules Relating to the Reporting of Abuses (hereinafter: the Whistleblowing Act), Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet has established an Internal Whistleblowing Reporting System. This system constitutes an internal reporting channel, separate from the public complaints and public interest disclosure system, through which reports concerning actual or suspected unlawful acts and/or omissions may be submitted. The Internal Whistleblowing Reporting System is used by Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet to maintain confidential internal communication with reporting persons in the course of its operations.
Please note that, in accordance with the fundamental provisions set forth in the Procedure of the Internal Whistleblowing Reporting System applicable to you, Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet is committed to ensuring that no reporting person suffers any disadvantage as a result of making a report.
