Y Diák has undergone a rebranding!
Y Diák Student Cooperative has been present in the student job and human resources market for more than ten years. Our success is evidenced by numerous high-level partnerships and the satisfaction of our employees. The time has now come for a change in our branding and name.
Bidding farewell to the name Y Generáció Iskolaszövetkezet, we are now known as Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet or simply Y Diák across our various platforms.
Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet: A Fresh Start
We are available to students and employers on several social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We also regularly send out newsletters. At Y Diák, our goal is to provide an efficient and accessible platform for both students and employers.
The jobs facilitated by our cooperative are characterized by flexible scheduling and employment in various fields. Students have the opportunity to gain work experience, earn money, and develop their skills, all while balancing their studies.
Y Diák – Beyond Student Work
Our Facebook and Instagram pages for young adults, Worknow, offer a variety of job opportunities and support for recent graduates, those starting their careers, or those looking to change fields.
Thinking of retirees who do not want to remain idle, our Nyugimeló program on Facebook specifically mediates jobs for those returning to the labor market.
Our Social Cooperative relieves companies of the burden of employing adult casual workers and can be found through Worknow. This service is beneficial as it provides quick solutions for filling temporary positions or roles that require employment for only 15 days a month. We can provide workers for positions where employers may not necessarily want students or retirees, also offering job opportunities to the unemployed and those in socially disadvantaged situations.
We handle the writing of employment contracts, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks, significantly easing the burden for employers by managing complex bureaucracy and administrative duties, thus freeing up more time and resources for important matters.
